自2008年区块链概念诞生以来，区块链技术从金融领域迅速扩展到物联网、智能制造、供应链管理等多个行业，正在全球范围内引发一场技术与产业的革新。首届国际区块链学术会议（ICBC 2018）由Services Society与Springer联合主办，历次会议在美国西雅图、圣地亚哥、夏威夷到泰国曼谷成功举办，ICBC会议已成为推动区块链研究与应用的重要国际平台。
作为国际服务会议联盟（SCF）的重要组成部分，ICBC 2025将于2025年9月27日至30日在中国香港召开，并以“区块链服务智能体”（Services Agent for Blockchain）为主题，汇聚全球专家，共同探讨区块链如何驱动新一代服务创新，开启数字经济新篇章。

- 由Services Society与Springer共同赞助，ICBC 2025会议将评选优秀论文（Best Paper Award）和优秀学生论文（BestBest Student Paper Award），并现场颁发奖状。
- 投稿需使用LNCS Proceedigns模板，其中常规全文不超过15页、短文不超过8页，具体信息请查阅官网了解。
